Cancellation Policy

At SIHA Mart, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation process is simple and customer-friendly.

Order Cancellation by Customer

• Before Shipment:
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it if it has not yet been shipped. Contact our Customer Support via phone, email, or live chat to request cancellation.
• After Shipment:
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after receiving the item, following our Return & Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation by SIHA Mart or Seller

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:
• The product is out of stock.
• The delivery address is outside our service area.
• Payment is not confirmed for prepaid orders.
• There is a pricing or product listing error.

If your order is canceled by us or the seller, you will be notified immediately, and any payment madewill be refunded within 5-7 working days via your original payment method.

Special Notes

• Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once processing has started.
• Any promotional or bundled products must be canceled together.
